My name is Michele, aka "Boss Lady." I spent the last 25 years growing and developing my careers in both finance and management; primarily in the banking and healthcare industries. My passion for creating and gifting started as a little girl, but was reignited a little over 5 years ago when I branched out from making gift for family and ventured into sharing my passion with friends.  Others began to take notice of the personalized creations, only to request them for themselves or other loved ones.  It has been within the last 2 years that I took a leap of faith and began to combine my passion of creating, leadership, teaching, my passion for entrepreneurship. As a believer in the matra of "Each one, teach one," I began sharing my knowledge, success, and failures with other women in the crafting and entrepreneurship space. This focus became more prominent in 2020, as I encountered so many others that reignited their various passions during the pandemic.
